CTAA pursues the supply, development and maintenance of vehicle-workshop nets with repair-, towing- and spare part service, as well as mobile breakdown services in the truck business. Of course, CTAA can make all these services also available for passenger cars.
In case of a breakdown a fast and safe solution will be organized by CTAA. In case of a damage all you have to do is to dial up our emergency 24-hour service number and inform us about your problem.
The CTAA workshop net has all suitable technical and personnel means to support your clients and customers professionally in all relevant problems. CTAA can offer this service from one centralized headquarter in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and in the Netherlands. Expansions in other European countries are planned when required.
CTAA is dealing with all services in the motoring and break down business. In addition to breakdown services, recoveries and repatriations, CTAA also provides you with help in foreign languages, payment procurement and interventions, replacement drivers and/or replacement vehicles.
Drivers and vehicles are examined by CTAA with the highest priority.

CTAA would like to offer you and your customers in the German-speaking areas a full and reasonable service in the national and international transport industry. It is our endeavour to work throughout Europe as effective as possible having always the costs under control. Therefore we have close contacts with companies in countries as for example Spain, France, Czech Republic, UK and Denmark to be able to guarantee to take care also beyond Germany within this alliance. In these countries we can offer our service in cooperation with reliable partners.
